Chris Stuart was born and raised in Columbia, SC. He later graduated Clemson University and found his home in the Upstate of SC. Chris has enjoyed a 27 year career in sales and marketing. He started in the mortgage industry in March of 2009 during the aftermath of the mortgage crisis. Developing a client base was difficult at first. However, Chris found a niche in VA home mortgage lending and became an expert in this area. Chris has reached out to the veteran community across South Carolina. Along with VA lending, Chris is well versed in FHA, USDA and Conventional loans. Chris has built a reputation for genuinely caring about his clients and is passionate about meeting their needs.
